2. Client Responsibilities: As a client of mpower, it is important that you actively participate in the process. This includes being open-minded, committed, and willing to take action towards achieving your desired outcomes. We expect punctuality for all scheduled sessions or events unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Confidentiality: Your privacy matters to us. All information shared during coaching sessions or training programs will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines that ensure your personal information remains secure.
4. Payment: The detailed payment terms for our services are outlined in the Terms and Conditions document provided upon enrollment or booking confirmation. We require payment upfront or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
5. Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other clients accordingly. Failure to do so may result in a missed session fee.
6. Intellectual Property: Any materials provided by Mpower during the program are for your personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide exceptional coaching and training services, Mpower is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur as a result of your participation in our programs.
8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with any client who fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. By engaging in our coaching and training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
9.No Warranties: You recognize and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future prospects of your working with us or with respect to your purchase of Mpower products, and that we have not authorized any such projection, promise, or representation by others. Any examples, are only estimates of what we think you could achieve. There is no assurance you will do as well as stated in any examples. If you rely upon any results mentioned in the examples or testimonials, you must accept the entire risk of not doing as well as the information provided. There is no assurance that any prior successes or past results as to your relationships with others or with yourself will apply, nor can any prior successes be used, as an indication of your future success or results from any of the information, content, or strategies. Any and all claims or representations as to the relationships with self or others are not to be considered as “guaranteed results”.
